Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices are quoted excluding VAT. The VAT is:

On alcoholic beverages 8.1%

On non-alcoholic beverages 2.6%

On the recycling fee for alcoholic beverages 8.1%

On the recycling fee for non-alcoholic beverages 2.6%

On promotional materials 8.1%

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 30 days net. A fee of CHF 2.00 per invoice is charged for paper invoices. Feldschlösschen Getränke AG reserves the right to charge a fee of CHF 25.00 from the second reminder and to apply an interest charge of 1% per month for late payment. Furthermore, it reserves the right to make deliveries only against cash or prepayment.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value without surcharge is CHF 300.00. The basis for determining the minimum order value is the prices listed in the price list (excluding container deposit). For orders below this value, a surcharge of CHF 50.00 is levied.

Delivery Conditions

Free delivery by truck according to the agreed delivery schedule. Returns are excluded. The return of sorted empties is carried out at the same rates and within the scope of the delivered full goods. In case of extraordinary return of empties (without comparable full goods purchase), prior notice is required. A logistics fee of CHF 15.00 per order is charged on all orders by Feldschlösschen Getränke AG. For event orders, a logistics fee of CHF 75.00 is charged.

Product Range Restrictions

Potential product range restrictions due to exclusivity agreements in beverage supply contracts with Feldschlösschen Getränke AG remain reserved.

Order Requirements

Orders for the agreed delivery day must be received by Feldschlösschen Getränke AG via telephone or online by 12 p.m. on the previous working day (Mon. to Fri.). For fax or email orders, a processing fee of CHF 10.00 per order is charged.

Emergency Delivery

We are happy to carry out orders placed after 12:00 p.m. for the next day, same-day orders and weekend orders as emergency deliveries. A standby fee of CHF 75.00 per delivery is charged for emergency deliveries.

Call Center

Conversations between customers and call center employees may be recorded for quality control or training purposes.

Wine Complaints

If a wine does not meet the expected quality, please retain it and notify us. The wine will be replaced or credited.
